Common questions
I'm a first-year and not pre-law. Should I apply?
Yes.
Can students from other universities submit?
Yes. Our print issues regularly include authors from other institutions. Only staff editor and writer positions are limited to IU Bloomington students.
What if I miss the recruitment window?
Email us to be added to the interest list. We occasionally take mid-cycle staff when an editing or writing team needs capacity.
Is there a GPA requirement?
Only good academic standing with the university. We do not set a separate GPA cutoff.
